Challenge

After AI production scales, the bottleneck is often not generation but file organization, rule execution, quality checks, and handoffs.

Approach

Used LLM coding assistants to rapidly build local utilities and batch scripts, productizing frequent actions such as video ID extraction, draft creation, duration calculation, batch rendering, and run logs while aligning them with SOPs, prompt templates, and review rules.
